Excluding share buttons on custom post types

    I searched through past posts on this subject and found some links to articles that discuss this issue, but they are now all either 404 not found or the code is no longer functioning.

    Please, how do I stop share buttons on custom post types? I will code in template files or functions.php whatever PHP code is necessary to fix this. I just won’t hack core plugin files.

    As a plugin developer I wish that shareaholic did have this feature – nothing more irksome then not been able to use a Core filter because shareaholic injects it’s code into your custom post type.
