  • The multi-file uploader is working in 3.9.1, as I have just tested it on a fresh install.

Can you deactivate ALL of your plugins AND switch to a default bundled theme such as twenty fourteen and test it again.

Also what’s the exact error you’re getting 🙂

FYI – After upgrading to WP 3.9.1, I could not see the uploaded images in the library, even though they were visible in the edit mode. I deactivated and even removed all plugins, and that did not make any difference. Also changed all permissions to 777 on advice of my hosting company, again no difference.

Even after restoring with a previous version, it still would not work. Finally, I had to delete the database on my hosting site and do a fresh install with the previous version to be able to upload pictures again.

Just thought the techies should know. Let me know when they get it fixed.

I just upgraded to 3.9.1 from 3.8…and now all the images still are visible on the site but not in the library. They appear to have been moved to various folders in the uploads folder…and even some appear to have been duplicated.

When I go into the posts, the images appear to have no links visible…WHere have they gone…VERY STRANGE

Anyways, what can I do so they will appear in the library AND have links on the posts?

    thanks
