Store Checkout error (same as billing address and checkout fail)

    WordPress version: 3.9.1
    WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.14.1
    Gold Cart version: 2.9.7

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this:

    1. When click Same as billing.. it only hide shipping detail and other stay same..

    2. On billing form area and country.. i can choose both

    Instead it did this:

    1. When click same as billing.. it hide both form and the purchase button too..

    2. Once i choose area.. country hide… once i choose country… area hide..

    anyone can help me??

    Hey there,
    I replied on your other post too but it seems its something with your theme and your checkout forms.

    It would be best to post a Premium support topic with getshopped for better assistance.

    hi Mihai,

    thank for reply in first..

    I have try to change and update the theme twenty Ten to latest version to test it out but it still having the same problem at all..

    did you have any other suggestion??

    Change to the default theme and disable all other plugins beside WPEC to test it out

    For your issue 2 i htink its related on how you have your checkout fields created.

    Best option is to post a Premium topic with Getshopped.

    i already try the way u say like change the theme to default and disable all other plugin.. but also not work as well..

    this is my customer web so i need he permission first then only can pass the ftp and admin account thing to ur… so currently i can’t submit ticket first…

    I’m having the same problem with the shipping same as billing check box. When it is clicked, everything gets hidden. Anyone? Thanks….
