I installed and had trouble with my widgets. I contacted Best Web Soft and they were able to diagnose the problem and help fix it. The problem was unrelated to the plugin. I had some issues with a picture in a widget. Their support was fantastic – helpful even though problem was unrelated to their plugin. The contact form works great. The only thing I would like to see is an option to adjust the height of the message box. I was to change the height with some CSS.
