2 pages allow comment. One admin comments only, the other public? Plugin?

    My site is static page site. There are only 2 pages that I’ve allowed comments on. However, they both are allowing public comment.

    I would like to be able to make one page, so that only logged in admins/users can comment.

    The other page should be open to public comment.

    Is there a simple plugin that will allow these different permissions on comment enabled pages?
