Hi there,
I also have this problem… can it be fixed??
using version 2.6.6 and wp version is 3.9.0
regards
RT
Euhm its fixed…
i installed the beta version of mailpoet, version 2.6.6.2, and now its working again..
I have version Version 2.6.6, where did you get the beta version?
It’s confirmed that beta version 2.6.6.2 solves this bug.
To switch to beta:
1 – Go to MailPoet’s config, advanced tab and there you’ll find an option to enable beta versions.
2 – Once you have saved, in the footer of the config, next to the MailPoet’s version number, you’ll see a button to switch to beta.
Good luck.
Thank you so much, I hate not being able to send a good newsletter.
You can all switch back to the stable version. The issue has been fixed in 2.6.6!
How do I switch back to a more stable version? I have Version 2.6.6 and it’s still hanging.
You can switch back in the footer of the admin pages of MailPoet!
I unchecked the “Become a beta tester” ?
I did that several days ago but the problem is still not fixed. I can’t use the drag and drop wordpress post feature.
While I can work around that, it’s the best newsletter feature.
Just stopped working, I can’t drag and drop and automatic newsletter has stopped! I have tried the beta version without success.
Joe, Kimber,
Simply disable and delete the MailPoet, and install again.
If that doesn’t do the trick, contact us here:
http://support.mailpoet.com/feedback/
Won’t I loose lose my subscription list? Will I have to re-add my subscription shortcodes?
May be the scripts are cached, have you tried to reload the affected page with Ctrl+F5?
Also, opening the browser console would be a good way to check what fails.
Kimber, re installing won’t delete any of your data, rest assured.
This said, we always recommend to do a back up before, or after any updates. 🙂
