• Hey, I’m fairly website-illiterate, so I’ll bear with me a minute D:

    As of today (14th), I’ve been having connection timeouts on my site. Everything seemed to be working yesterday, I don’t think it’s related to the 3.9.1 update, but most of FAQ/troubleshooting for my problem seems to involve steps I’m not sure I have access to (or don’t know how to access) since I installed my site using DreamHost’s one-step install.

    If anyone has any idea on how to point me in the right direction, or tips on how to have a better understanding going forward, it’d be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    I haven’t! Since it seemed like a relatively common problem that I most likely just didn’t know how to handle, I figured I’d ask here first, but I’ll send a message to DreamHost as well.

    I appreciate it, the issue seems to have resolved, I’m not entirely sure if it was something I did or if it was just a temporary issue. I’ll make sure to include more details in my DreamHost ticket, but it’s definitely reassuring to see such a timely and concerned response 🙂
