    Compared to WpRemote this tool has more features (dropbox backup improving still), does monitor the sites and updates core, themes and plugins in a very convenient way. Saves a lot of time for me, because i only have to call 1 URL to monitor my sites and all updates are done automatically. You have to store complete credentials for dropbox at their website, if you want to use this service (not only Apps directory).
