In Post (Shortcodes) Displaying Issues

Hi,

I’m using the plugin to display a related post within the body of my posts using shortcodes. The problem I’m having is that in one post, the image is to the left with a big black dot, and the title of the article is to the right, pushing the paragraph down. Another blog post, it shows much better, although it would be great if it can be styled better. The URL for this post is: http://www.insoycareer.com/cover-letter-mistakes/

I checked and rechecked and I’m using the same shortcodes with the same formatting, yet it’s displaying completely different. Can someone help me please?
