    Hi,

I’m trying to add and remove menu items on my WordPress site. I go to Appearance > Menus and whenever I try to add a new menu item in or get rid of an existing one and click Save Menu I get nothing but a blank page.

After a bit of refreshing and going back and forth it’s managed to add new menu items in but I get no confirmation that it’s been saved. I’m just stuck trying to remove items now as they won’t delete and I get stuck with a blank page as soon as I click Save Menu.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Thanks, I disabled all of my plugins and it seemed to let me do it. One of them must be having an effect on it.
