    This plugin don’t allow you to create capabilities manually and it is useless if no plugin/theme checks the capability you created. Plugins will create the custom capabilities it uses and will automatically attach it to the roles. WPFront User Role Editor will display you all the capabilities from all roles within your WordPress site.
