Create sub-sections on a post?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if it was possible to create sub-sections on a post. I was wanting to do something like how Wikipedia has.

    An example: there is a contents page at the top, where you can click and it’ll go to a certain section of the post (http://i.imgur.com/mkUTwUu.png). Clicking this will go to that part of the page and will make the url have a # sign in it (http://i.imgur.com/j6Gw96D.png).

    Is this possible to do with a wordpress plugin? Or is it built in already and I just missed it?
