Search per continent

    I list lots of downhill events. People use my events list to find info about the events they’re planning on attending, but i only have a few events per country, so people do tours, spanning several countries.

    I would like to be able to search for events in Europe, Asia, etc.

    Is this possible ?

    hmm, might be possible using event categories and then events search form or search attribute category=”X” where x is the events category id.

    Have you tried setting Show regions to Yes under Events > Settings > Formatting > Search Form?

    Yes I have but that is a different feature.
    A region is a certain area in a country, for example, The Alps are a region in Switzerland.

    But Europe is not a region within Switzerland….

    Ok, then you’d probably need to define your own dropdown for the search form as it’s not something that can be done out-of-the-box.
