Conflict with versions of WordPress older than 3.7.3?

    Hi,

    I’d like to update a client’s website and I’d like to install backup software and run a backup BEFORE I update WordPress to the latest version. The catch appears to be that my client is running WPv3.1 and BackUpWordPress shows compatibility with WPv3.7.3 or above. Will installing BackUpWordPress cause a conflict with WPv3.1?
