RSSReader don't detect new posts when "Test pipe"

I’m having a weird problem. After your troubleshooting in my other thread I was using the pipe successfully. However suddenly when I went to Test a pipe it didn’t detect a news that was just posted in my source feed.

The news appears in it and I can even see its details in the Source Output column of my edit pipe page. But when I click on “Test this pipe” it just retrieve all the old news except the last one (starting from the second). I tried to deactivate the cache with no luck. I didn’t try the Update mode since I edited some of the posts and it would mess them up again.

I think it’s a caching issue (but even setting cache off don’t resolve this problem). I also tried to remove completely the cache folder without luck.
