After theme upgrade, the sidebar top ratingwidget stopped working and shortcode

Since I updated my theme to Parbola, the Top Ratings widget stopped working in the sidebar. Everything else is fine.

I found some documentation on Short Codes and was wondering if there’s one for make a Top Ratings list on a page, and how to use it.
