Need help looking for a specific theme!

    Hello,

    I’m looking for a theme that kind of looks like this: http://readingintwilight.blogspot.com/

    I want it to have designs on the top, left, and right with no sidebar. I’ve searched Google and WordPress for something like this but none of them are design heavy like Reading In Twilight.

    Does anyone have an idea what I should search to find a layout like it? There HAS to be one, I just need search the correct term.

    It also needs to be responsive.
