• I have been a long-time paying customer and been trying to get a bug resolved (members are not automatically moving from one level to the next) for months now. Have shared all the data with the team, they promise now and then they will solve it, they bring out a new version and the problems still persist.

    I suggest to stay away and use one of the other membership plugins.

    I am not here to ask for support.
    I am warning prospective users to stay away from this plugin, as it has caused me too many headaches and I want to prevent this happening to others.

    Esmi your post doesn’t even make sense – this is a reviews section! I completely agree with this review, WPMU DEV is an awful company with a terrible policy.

    Esmi’s post is actually referring to the fact that this review section is specifically for this free version, not for the premium WPMMU DEV services.
