woocommerce cant turn off "site wide store notice"

    I have turned on the side wide store wide notice in woocommerce just to see what it did and for some reason I cant turn it off. I have unchecked it, customized the text and then unchecked it, changed the color, deactivated woocommerce and nothing works can anyone please help me. My url is ubermetea.com

    Thanks for your reply.
    I tried that and it let me take the color away but not the text now I cant change the color or remove the text…. any more ideas would be appreciated

    Since this has not been resolved I need to post this here as well. I enabled a storewide notice and then changed my mind. I have deleted it and unchecked the box that says enabled and saved the settings. I have cleared cache on all my devices, home computer, cell phone, son’s laptop, my laptop and my tablet and it still appears on all. Is there a deeper rooted problem than clearing the cache. I am running the latest version of WP and Mystile Theme.

    I have also checked my style.css and this is what it is for woocommerce it says none???
