How to get this effect when clicking Menu item?

    Hi

    I am looking to get the same effect as this site has when you click a menu item or go to a page.

    http://wonnacott.com/not-drinks/

    eg: The menu item flashes up for a few seconds as a `full width’ banner before fading!

    I had a look at menu plugins etc but can’t find or know where to start looking?
