Can you please check your server logs and let us know if there are any errors or log entries related to the DB backup operations?

The only thing listed for this plugin now, is when I changed the tables prefix.
I tried uninstalling it and then deleting and reinstalling a new copy but my settings were all still there so it made no difference. I will look at the log file after my next scheduled backup (daily) and see if anything comes up. I will set both sites to the same backup times and see if one works and one does not or miraculously they will both work (I have a vivid imagination)!
I am leaning towards the thought that getting it completely uninstalled (along with the tables and options that go with it, but that is something I cannot figure out :)) and do a fresh install will fix it, but that is only my opinion and I do not know very much! Which is why I appreciate you smart people so much!
I will post again tomorrow with the results!
I am noticing a huge difference in the current htaccess file for each site and all of the settings are the same.

Hi Summer try the following post to totally remove the plugin. Once you have then you should be okay to install it again.
