    some month ago the same procedure: updating the calendar and all events were gone.
    now agein. updating to 2.0.6. changing of database structure and all events were gone. import from backup did not work because that backup was made with the latest 1. version. Also posterview were gone. using exetend view did bring text pages only. not nice to see. and the new version had a big filter feed above the calender with event categories and event tags. does not look very nice. Now I use a much better event calender and hope that the vendor will not update his software in such a chaotic way.

    Its The Event Calendar by modern tribe.
    Much easier. No extra tables within the database, smaller and nicer template to fill the datas.

    All-In-One is the horror for everyone who wishes to be flexible. Even if you uninstall it before you install the other calendar, it deletes all event entries in the database, not only its own table. Also the entries in the post tables. Which is the summery: you will lost your events in the sql-database, where you could get the datas manual transfer to the new one.
