Formbuilder 0.93 upgrade loses forms

Actually, my bad.

The reason there were no records in the database was because there were none to start with. I’d installed another forms plugin (a commercial one) and went with that, and then disabled it along with others to resolve a conflict. Much later, (like, days) I reactivated formbuilder only to find nada. Panic!
