Not working on my site

Nice initiative, but this plugin is not working on my site. I was trying to use it to stop Social Media Tabs widget from showing on the mobile version of my site but its not working, i selected the hide on phone option and saved but its still not working. Played around with the options, still not working. I could really use some help. My site is http://www.expressjokes.net and am using Parabola WordPress Theme. Thanks
