    Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see any reference to this being a ‘free trial.’ Once my time ran out, everything stopped working — and their customer support is a JOKE. I’ve had an open ticket asking what’s going on for THREE WEEKS with zero activity.

    Disgusting.
