Unable to login to admin panel to change site url

Hello,

I am in a little bit of a pickle right now. Initially, I created a WordPress site locally, with the site pointing to the local root folder. Today, I was moved it over to a testing folder on the hosting server. While I was in the WP Admin, updating the site url in Settings, I changed it over to the new temporary testing location.

Well, it failed and now I cannot get back into the admin to access the Admin to change the URL point-to back to the local host. Can someone please help!
