Post offset?

Just playing with the setup for the first time, and this looks like a great plugin, but I’m looking for one feature — a post offset.

Is there a way to specify a post offset, so the listing begins with say the third most recent post?

For example, if I set up the widget once to display the three most recent posts with thumbnails, and then set up a second instance of the widget to list the next ten…

I wouldn’t want the first three posts listed in both places — so I’d like to apply an offset of 3 to the second instance.

Any way to do that?
