• I should have paid closer attention to the negative reviews. This plugin does not allow me to test any features via an end user. I can see parts of the functionality but I am left to guess what the actual end user experience will be unless I buy the full version.

    This isn’t right… You can submit tickets through the admin side with the free release which is the essence of a ticketing system. So the basic features required are there. Then you can also trial the premium features on the official website. So what do you need more? All premium features in the free release maybe? And then, how do I recover the costs spent on providing support and adding new features? Not your problem I know…
