• Hopefully someone can help me here…and hopefully this is something that is doable.

I am in the process of building my first website, and I was looking to make things look a bit nicer.

    http://www.riffnralk.com/podcasts/music-tock/2013-episodes/

Each image links to a different podcast where we are review albums. Now, as you see, for the episode on the top we put the titles of the album in text as well, and made it into a link that also goes to the podcast page. Right now it looks rather sloppy admittingly.

So the other day I was venturing about and I saw on a website they were doing the same thing, but the text and the link were one connected link

    http://cinemassacre.com/category/avgn/avgnepisodes/2013/

When you hover an episode the text and the image are all part of the link, and it gives it a nice clean look.

Is this possible in wordpress/ not horridly complicated to do?

    Thanks!
    Alex

  • Yes it is possible but unlike the other one how will you notice as because your link or image do not change color or underline etc . So even if you connect them they will not be noticeable . You have to add some effect also like fade or boundary as the other one did

Any suggestions as to what the coding would be for that?

I’ll see what I can do on my own, but I don’t anticipate the best of results
