Hi @mkassowitz, thanks for getting in touch. I’ve just pushed an update (v0.1.3) which I hope should address the issue. Could you update and give it a try for me? 🙂

    Hi, Matthew,
Did the 0.1.3 version and got this:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /…/rocket-galleries/rocketgalleries.php on line 206

Damn, ok. Do you know which version of PHP you’re using?

Could you give the development version of the plugin a try? You can download it here. I’ve just made some more changes in my attempts to fix this. If you could try it and let me know if I have that’d be great 🙂

Sorry about all of this. Unfortunately I’m not getting the error in my development environment to it’s a hard one to fix!

    Matthew,
I got the same message and I just downloaded your zip file:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in D:\hshome\jgeery\photosofvermont.com\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\rocket-galleries\rocketgalleries.php on line 206

Ok @phtgrphr. Do you know which version of PHP you’re using?

Would it be possible to download my other plugin, Easing Slider “Lite”? If so, under the “Slideshow” panel, go to “Settings”. There you will see a section called “Installation Settings”. If you could paste that information here, that would be extremely helpful 🙂

    PHP Version 5.2.17

The dev version you posted activated! Here’s my PHP version: PHP Version 5.2.17.

    Thanks!

just installed the plugin, when tried to activate i got an error:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home2/myweddin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rocket-galleries/rocketgalleries.php on line 206

Didn’t anyone have success with the development version I posted other than @mkassowitz? Please give it a try by downloading it here.

That installed OK with no error message. I tried creating a couple galleries and saved them, but they don’t show up on the all galleries link from the dashboard. So where are they?

Hi @phygrphr, what do you mean? Once you’ve created a gallery, you should see it listed in the “Galleries” admin panel.

    Can you provide a screenshot?

Galleries can be displaying using the shortcode [rocketgalleries id="1"], replacing the 1 with the ID of the gallery you wish to display.

For everyones information, I’ve pushed the v0.1.4 update which will fix this bug when using PHP v5.2.*. It should be working now 🙂

That’s just it, I don’t see it listed in the “Galleries” admin panel. When I click “All Galleries” it reverts to “Galleries” and shows nothing. (I’d be happy to provide a screenshot, but I don’t know how to paste it into this message.)
The “Add New” and “Settings” links seem to work.

Ah, I understand. I’ve managed to pinpoint this bug and fix it.

Yet again I’ve released another update, v0.1.5, so update and give it a try. Let me know if it works 🙂

    Yep, that works. Thanks!
