Why some themes display featured image in actual post

    Anyone have any idea why when using rss feeds, some themes post the featured image as well as the image included in the body of the post in the actual post itself?

    It basically posts the same image twice in my posts, but it’s only some themes that do it.

    Some designers will consider the featured image part of the post and append it…Some others will do the “right” thing and only show on the posts the images you actually added to the post.

    Sometimes you can easy hide it by editing CSS style.
