  • Try installing the plugin “WP Super Cache” and activate and configure it properly. That will reduce MySQL usage, which in turn will significantly reduce CPU use.

I would also recommend looking into something like CloudFlare.com

i have installed this plugin before and i use CloudFlare already
    but same problem

I work in the support department for a web hosting company and most of the time I find the user did not actually configure WP Super Cache correctly, they just activated it and expected it to work but did not go into the plugin settings and properly configure and activate caching.

What is your domain? It could be that your WordPress site is the target of a automated brute force (password guessing) attack.

Install and activate the plugin “Limit Login Attempts” as well just for good measure.

i have activated this but same problem
i will explain to you when began this problem : first i go to try new hosting to my site and when i go back to my old hosting its start show me this message, i have re installed my WordPress, but same problem.
why ? how to fix it

    my domain: sumeronline.com

[Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]

If you have a lot of traffic and WP Super Cache correctly configured and Cloudflare and it is still going over the limit, you need to upgrade your hosting plan. I would recommend at least a VPS for this site.

ok, i don’t have a lot of money for VPS
what you think about NameBuilder plan on name.com ? can this hosting help me or not because i use now basic plan ?

can you give a realy good hosting company ? some hostgator or bluehost and goddady or another company which a best ?

    thanks

As far as I can tell your page size is 1.2MB and your allowed bandwidth is 100GB.
Means your site can handle -3000 visits a day and -87,000 a month.

my Visitors about 11 000 to 20 000 per day

So if you want to handle those 20,000 you need atleast 700GB of bandwidth.

Note: I noticed that you installed WP Super Cache, right? because your page was like 9MB at the first visit. So you need to optimize more your site.
And also CloudFlare is not really a true CDN so you still need something like MAXCDN.

Although we do not personally endorse them, there are some hosts listed here. Also searching the forums using the keywords “host” or “hosting” may provide you with some suggestions. However, due to the amount of spam that these topics attract, I’m afraid I will have to close this one.
