Option Tree Isn't working for header image

Howdy!
I am using option tree to get header images in the site: harvestofhopefamily.com. It helps me get header images for all other pages and posts but Don’t understand why not getting in NEWS/EVENT page http://harvestofhopefamily.com/newsevents/

Here is how the codes looks:
