I didn’t know how to find original post as it was over a week ago and that’s why I copied original answer from text file I had created when I first got answer.
Thanks for showing where to find older posts. If anyone can help me solve problem of not being able to make comments, I am still looking for solution.
Anyone else have problems with visitors not being able to post comments?

I had posted this problem earlier and someone stated: When writing a post, check the Comments and Pings field. Is “allow comments” checked
If so, open up your index.php and add this
<?php comments_popup_link(‘Comment’, ‘1 Comment’, ‘% Comments’); ?>
before
<?php endwhile; ?>
I checked this and it is all correct. If someone has any ideas or want to check my site – internetmarketingwithjoe.com. I would appreciate any feedback on what I can do. I am perplexed. Thanks.
