MS-Access and WordPress can you export from MS-Access Database Can it Be done?

    I am looking for a way to upload my MS-Access database directly into
    Wordpress or SQL Can it be done? I have tried everything. Looking
    to hire a contractor who has done this.

    I hired a programmer to do this and ended up having to re-enter all
    my data into SQL and now when I want to update my MS-Access database
    I have to output file from MySQLadmin and then re-import it into
    Access.This is ok for now but I am looking for a solution if it exist.
