Hi,
I don’t know if it has been already reported, because I haven’t see it… But, there’s a little error in admin-settings.php line 757 :
if ($valid['user_submenu'] = 1 ... Understand : if ($valid['user_submenu'] == 1 ...
if ($valid['user_submenu'] = 1 ...
if ($valid['user_submenu'] == 1 ...

Ouch! What a beginner PHP coding error on my part!
I’m working on Version 3.0 right now. Because it is fairly minor, in terms of negative effects, I’ll include the fix in 3.0 instead of coming out with a “point release” (2.10.1) now.
