Change and Reset Password not work

Hi, i have a problem with the link of the email to reset the password of an account.

the link in the email is like http://www.mywebsite.com/my-account/?key=allsdfjalsdf6723as&login=Mimer

but the to reset password not loading 🙁 just load the loguin form…

I need to know if some page it’s working wrong or if a can disable the woocommerce option to use the default reset password of wordpress.
