Deleting text under comment box

Hi everyone, under the comments’ box in my post page there is this text

You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>

I'd like to delete it, someone can help me?

Another question: when i share my posts on facebook I do not want it to appear before the post date and admin. How i can delete it?
