• There is a strange bug i found while setting sales prices in variations control for products. I recorded a screencast for better understanding.
    http://www.screenr.com/pIxN

    Store URL: http://www.topshopbaby.ru (it's russian)
WordPress version: 3.9 (and even in earlier versions)
    WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.13.4
    Gold Cart version: 2.9.7
    Theme: self coded

I did this: i set new sale price (with dividers! like 4.545,00) in variations control of product for the variation that have Stock value = 0, then clicked Save variations.

I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: new sale price value must be saved.

Instead it did this: ALL sales prices gone!
    1) Then i entered values again – not helped.
    2) Then i entered just a number 4545 without dividers for variation with Stock 1 – it saved
    3) I entered just a number 4545 without dividers for variation with Stock 0 – it saved, BUT! value for previous variation again clreared!

    Questions:
    1) Why it doesn’t allow to enter formatted numbers?
    2) Why i can’t set prices for variation with Stock = 0 ?

    hello ?? any help?

    Hi there,

Ray here with WP eCommerce support. One thing that i quickly notice is that your gold cart version is not compatible with the WP eCommerce version that you are using.

    Try upgrade your goldcart.

If that still doesnt work, I would recommend putting a request for premium support at http://getshopped.org/resources/premium-support/

Your gold cart contain 1 premium support token that you can use.

However please keep in mind that we will be testing in default wordpress theme and with all plugins disabled but Wp eCommerce and gold cart to ensure that there is no plugin/theme conflict.

    Thank you,
    Ray
