A subscriber complained that he was getting multiple notices (4) for each comment made. He had accidentally checked “notify me of comments” and now he is getting four of each.
I suggested he unsubscribe and then re-subscribe omitting the “notify me of comments” option. Is there a better way to take care of this in the future? I don’t like to suggest people unsubscribe.
