image size on final slider

I have 5 slideshows on my website but the last one will not scale to the correct width and height of 730 x 403px. No matter where I put the shortcode,
this is the slideshow below but its smaller? is there a limit to slideshows you can put on.

should be 730 x 403px its set to that Ive tried it on a brand new page as well?
