Wordfence locking people out

I’ve got Wordfence installed and judging by the number of attempts to log into my site by people in other countries it seems it is wise to keep it activated. However, one of my members of my site (same country as me – Australia) is consistently being locked out and I can’t work out why. I’ve had no other members complain of this problem.

I did try to login as my member and got locked out (I needed to see what message she was getting so I could try and work out how to fix it) and then when I tried to log in as me, I got locked out too. Obviously because of the IP I think.

What kind of fix can I do to stop this happening? I’ve gone through all the options and settings but really couldn’t see what I should be switching off to sort this problem out.
