Error code when creating new account

    I am creating a new account ion the front end using upme. I entered the username and email in the registration form and got this

    Warning: require(../../../wp-load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/75/10622375/html/mytechreport/wp-content/plugins/upme/ajax/upme-get-avatar.php on line 5

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../../../wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/75/10622375/html/mytechreport/wp-content/plugins/upme/ajax/upme-get-avatar.php on line 5

    I am not familiar with php, so I have no idea what that means. Can someone help please?

    One of the plugin’s required files couldn’t be opened. I would contact the plugin developer for support as they know their code much better than I do! 🙂
