Image Link

Hello all, i saw a major problem for me (and my colleagues).

We use a wp theme with feature image in every post. Today we upgrade from 3.8.3 to 3.0 and we surprised because we dont see any pic link when we upload it and sure its very very hard now to work normally.

Any suggestions please? Any plan to given back?
