Blog feeds via RSS

    One site, a static site with a wordpress add-on site (for historical reasons) and probably like that for at least another six months) but i guess it applies to any site with subdomains.

    I wish to feed content from the WordPress site onto the home page (and others) of the static site. I’ve been using RSS for this.

    Is this the ‘industry-standard’ way to do this and if so which feed format is best. Presumably anything I template for this ends up in any subscriber’s reader much the same; in terms of content choices, thumbnails etc. Is this good practice?
