Support » Plugin: WP Google Fonts » Menu Font Won't Reset or Style!

  • Hi! I downloaded the WP Google Font Plug-in and was experimenting with changing some of the font styles through the Settings >> Google Fonts menu.

One of these changes was to the Lists (li tags) style, which in turn changed my menu font, but I didn’t like it.

When I tried to change the font of the List style to something else, it did not work. It now shows up as Arial, and when I check with the DevTool in Chrome it still shows that the style sheet has the old font as the menu style.

I then tried to override it in my Child Theme’s style sheet but it still kept showing up as the old font!!!

This has been super frustrating and I don’t know how to get rid of the font.

Sorry, not get rid of the font. Change the style sheet. It’s almost as if there’s a mysterious style sheet of the old font overriding the changes I try to make.

Oh my gosh, please ignore this post. I just realized that I had altered the menu font through the epanel custom styling sheet and forgot.

I guess its good for everyone to know that the CSS sheet in the Epanel pretty much overrides everything you do lol.

    Sorry 🙂

I am wanting to use a different font for my menu bar as well. Where is the Epanel you speak of? I was hoping that Google fonts would do it but I don’t see where. I guess I will have to use CSS on #rmenu2.
