Can not login to back office after auto update to 3.8.2

The site works. But when I try to login to the back office with wp-admin I get:

http://www.debrawebb.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

If I use wp-login.php, I can login but all pages in the backoffice gives me a 404 error. The menu bar is across the top but does not work.

Suggestions?
