Ability to Add Location to Custom Post Type?

Can I add locations within a post? My hope is to add a location to a post (e.g. a post that is a “hotel” will have the address included) to create a map on that page and use that location on a category page. For example, I create a custom post called “Holiday Inn” and give it an address in a custom field. I can then include the mapped location on that posts page as well as use that location on a map page of “All Hotels”.
Possible? Thanks!
