    OK I build websites for a living.
    I had a very nice young man call me and ask if I could build him a website.
    He said that he tried with word press but just could not figure it out.
    I said that I would try to help him, no charge.
    All he asked for was could I add adsence to the top 728×90 and footer 720×90 and maybe a small one on the right.
    I added a 728×90 at the top but it is all theway to the left.
    I think if I fix this for him he can handle the rest.
    Here is the link http://liftingdigest.com/
    I fixed sum of his problems by updating the template.
    I can’t get the top ad to move to center.
    and now I can’t drag and drop widgets.

    WP version 3.8.2

    Theme Name: Adaptive Flat Version: 1.1.3

    In style.css set margins of the ad to auto – this should center it.
    margins: auto;

    I would recommend using the custom css setting in the theme customizer to add css styles. These don’t get lost during an update. Also editing the code directly is a bad thing because it gets overwritten on update. A better solution would be to make a child theme containing these changes. In the future I will implement some hooks to make this easier.

    Widgets in the admin panel isn’t a theme issue but a wordpress core thing so this is not realy the place to ask that question.

    BTW can you please leave a theme review if you think this theme is any good? Feedback always welcome on Twitter or the support forum
