    It was shaky before, although it worked. However, soon after the update it broke my site with an error. I had to rename the folder via ftp to have the plugin disabled, and now I’m considering to remove it from all of my sites.

    Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the plugin and here at iThemes your feedback is important to us.

    We’ve been hard at work since the 4.0 release squashing bugs as the reports come in and with the ones that we have found ourselves as we continue to strive to make the plugin better.

    As of today 14Apr14 we are on version 4.0.23 which address most if not all of the bugs that users have experienced. Please re download this version and that should fix your issue. If per chance it doesn’t please fill out out iThemes Security Bug report with as much information as possible so we can identify, isolate and remove the bug as soon as possible. Thank you for being patient with us as we handle the matter.
